Head Varsity

Teresa Delaphiano

The 2007-08 season marks Coach Delaphiano's 18th year as the varsity sideline cheerleading coach. Teresa has also coached competitive cheerleading and was the junior varsity softball coach at DKHS for four years.

During her tenure as sideline cheer coach, the Panthers have racked up an incredible resume that includes five league championships (1996, 2001, 2003, 2004, and 2005). Her teams have also won the KVA Sportsmanship Award on several occasions.

Coach Delaphiano is a 1973 graduate of DKS and was a member of the GAA (Girls Athletic Association) during her high school years. She was a pitcher on her slow-pitch and modified-pitch softball teams for 25 years. Teresa has completed Level 1 and Level 2 of the MHSAA Coaches Advancement Program.

Teresa lives in Delton with her husband and has two children (both graduates of DKS) and four grandchildren. She has been employed at DKHS as a para-professional for 15 years.

Junior Varsity

Zoe Reynolds

Coach Reynolds is beginning her second season as the junior varsity sideline cheer coach. Prior to holding this position, Zoe was the junior varsity competitive cheerleading coach for three seasons and has coached 8th grade sideline cheer at DKS. She is also currently the head varsity competitive cheer coach.

During her tenure at DKS, Zoe's competitive cheer teams have improved their scores at the regional meet each season. Her team won the Maple Valley Invitational last season and placed in several other meets.

A graduate of DKS, Zoe was a member of both the sideline and competitive cheerleading teams for four years each. After graduation, she attended Wright Beauty Academy and is now employed as a hair stylist in Delton.

Zoe has completed Level 1 of the MHSAA Coaches Advancement Program and is a member of the Cheer Coaches Association of Michigan.
