| Final Exam Fourth Hour Create two webpages, one in each software. You may choose which page you would like in Dreamweaver and which in NVU. Select a place that you would like to visit outside of the United States. The page must have information about this location. Points of interest, currency exchange, maps, locations to stay, how to get there, pictures. Your page must include one table, different colors and sizes of fonts, background and a minimum of 6 links to other sites that pertain to this location. It must also have an explanation of why this would be a good location to visit. Second page. This must be about Australia. There must be one table. There must be two colors font. There must be 4 links. There must be some information about the history of Australia. There must be some information about major points of interest. There must be a minimum of 5 pictures. There must be one slide show. Save both pages to your U drive. It must be under a folder labeled FINAL.
February 20 Okay, Dreamweaver is here!! It should be on your desktop. You will need to start one page. You pick the topic. It must be different from your other webpages. You need to include a minimum of four pictures. You need two different color fonts. You need to have one table. There need to be two links to different webpages. I know this will not be easy. Look back at the Dreamweaver tutorials or you can try the novel idea of "Help", it is in the top toolbar.
February 14 Go through step by step, look at the features. Then look at product tour and follow through step by step. Print out the following paper. Dreamweaver Vocabulary. Answer the questions and turn this in at the end of the hour.

You will need to decide on a topic or theme for your next webpage. It CANNOT be the same topic or subject as your NVU page. You should create a folder under Web Design on your home drive. Title it Dreamweaver. Begin collecting pictures for your webpage. You need to have a minimum of 10 pictures in this folder by Thursday. Begin thinking about backgrounds for your webpage. At least one page must have a "wallpaper" that is a background or water mark, not a photo. Create a word document titled "Links". Save this document in your Dreamweaver folder. Begin to locate links that you will be using on your webpage. Copy and past the URL's onto this word document. A minumum of the folder, 4 pictures and 4 links must be saved by the end of the day, Tuesday, January 29.
February 4 Create a new folder on your drive under webdesign, title it weather. This is a new webpage, it will not be related to your other webpages. The first page in this folder needs to be titled "index". You will need to have a background on your page that is a type of wallpaper, no pictures. You may use a watermark type picture. The subject will be weather. The page will need to contain the following. At least three subpages. Links to sites concerning weather. Different types of sites where you can find weather related information. Instances of extreme weather events. Pictures of various types of weather related events.
February 5 Complete the weather page. Create another folder within the Web Design folder, title it College. Use a watermark or wallpaper for the background. Create a page with the subject area of colleges. You will need to have links to a minimum of 4 colleges you would consider attending. Information posted also needs to include a minimum of two sites where you could locate information on scholarships. You need to have a minimum of 2 links that will include information on locating which majors would be available at various colleges. Hint - look at the Delton Kellogg High School Counseling page.
